Jacobsdal Pinotage.
The Pinotage variety is unique to South Africa. Pinotage has been made on Jacobsdal from 1966 and is produced from older vines, which lend character to the wine. Dry, medium-full, complex and delicately rounded. Elegant and velvety soft with a rich bouquet so distinctive of the Pinotage cultivar. Spicy and delicate herbal notes on the nose; a solid streak of mulberry and oak spice persists, rounding off the wine beautifully. A wine to be shared with friends and ideal when served with all meat dishes.
Jacobsdal Cabernet Sauvignon.
This deep dark ruby wine is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon cultivar wine. Lots of fruit with undertones of cigar box and wood spices on the nose. Palate: Rich and full-bodied; velvety, plummy fruit supported by wood spices. A classic wine with good tannin structure and acidity - excellent ageing potential.
